Le Vian Corp. (“Le Vian”) is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and with integrity. We seek to maintain high standards for responsible sourcing, human rights, business ethics, and environmental responsibility throughout our operations and supply chain.
Le Vian defines responsible sourcing as practices that positively impact our customers, suppliers, employees, and the communities in which we operate. We do not condone conduct that violates applicable national or international laws or involves unethical business practices, and we expect our business partners to maintain standards that meet or exceed legal requirements.
Le Vian is a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (“RJC”) and is committed to operating in accordance with the RJC Code of Practices. We integrate ethical, human rights, social, and environmental considerations into our business operations and decision-making. We are committed to respecting human rights, avoiding contribution to the financing of conflict, complying with applicable sanctions and laws, and promoting responsible business practices throughout the jewelry supply chain.
Responsible Sourcing
Le Vian is committed to responsible sourcing of precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones. We conduct risk-based due diligence consistent with applicable laws and recognized international standards, including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and the Responsible Jewellery Council (“RJC”) Code of Practices. We do not knowingly support illegal armed groups or the financing of conflict and seek to identify and address risks associated with sourcing from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (“CAHRAs”).
Le Vian adheres to the Kimberley Process applicable to rough diamonds and expects its suppliers to maintain appropriate responsible-sourcing practices and comply with applicable laws and contractual requirements.
Human Rights and Ethical Business Practices
Le Vian respects internationally recognized human rights, including the principles reflected in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We prohibit forced labor and child labor and are committed to lawful working conditions, appropriate working hours, and safe and healthy workplaces.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and take appropriate measures to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial misconduct.
Environmental Responsibility
Le Vian complies with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. We encourage recycling and being less wasteful in our practices. We have provided team members with access to reusable mugs and dishes. We are aware of the RJC COP requirements regarding its carbon footprint, GHG emissions measurements including the Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and we maintain a summary report and review our use.

Our commitment includes responsible sourcing, human rights, labor practices, business ethics, environmental responsibility, and supply-chain due diligence. We are committed to continuous improvement and to using our influence to promote responsible practices throughout the jewelry supply chain.
Le Vian was first certified by the RJC in June 2015 following an independent third-party audit. We continue to maintain policies and procedures designed to meet applicable RJC requirements and expect our suppliers and business partners to support these standards.
