NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. EVENT BEGINS ON DECEMBER 11, 2025 AND ENDS ON DECEMBER 25, 2025 AT 11:59 PM EST.

The Le Vian 10 Days of Christmas Giveaway (the “Event”) is sponsored by Le Vian Corp. (“Sponsor”). The Event is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Event, each entrant accepts and agrees to abide by these Official Rules, warrants that they are eligible to participate and understands that the results of the Event, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Event is subject to all federal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

This Event is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Event will be directed to Le Vian Corp., not Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

ELIGIBILITY

This Event is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law). Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Le Vian Corp. or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Event, each of their respective affiliates and Immediate Family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. “Immediate Family” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. Individuals living in the same household as those individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor has the sole discretion and right to verify the eligibility of each entrant and to disqualify any entrants that are not eligible per these rules.

EVENT PERIOD

The Event begins on December 11, 2025 and ends on December 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Event Period”). All entries must be received on or before 11:59 PM EST on December 25, 2025 to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

Enter the Event from Le Vian’s Instagram Account by doing the following:

1. Follow @Levian_jewelry on Instagram;
2. Like the post and save the Event Post;
3. Tag two friends in the comments of the Event Post (one tag is one entry, unlimited entries are allowed)
4. Bonus #1: For a bonus entry, share the Event Post to your story and tag @Levian_jewelry. Sharing the post will be deemed a bonus entry for that day's specific giveaway.
5. Bonus #2: Sign up for Le Vian SMS messages at the link in Le Vian's bio
6. Bonus #3: Comment on the posts featuring your favorite Le Vian pieces that will be posted in the 10 day giveaway period.

By entering as outlined above, entrant agrees to these Office Rules. If entrant does not complete the steps above and agree to the Officed Rules, entrant will not be eligible for the Grand Prize.

Limit: Unlimited entries. Each day shall be its own Entry and Event.

Additional Entry Conditions for the Event:

1. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry.
2. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, inappropriate or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
3. No mailed, telephoned, faxed, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
4. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt.
5. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged nor will proof of submission of an entry form be deemed proof of receipt.
6. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.

Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Any interpretation of the Prize description or otherwise shall be made within the Sponsors sole discretion. The Prize is not transferable. No prize substitutions, exchanges or cash equivalents will be permitted by the Prize Winner, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded Prize is solely the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Prize ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

WINNER SELECTION

Random Drawing for each winner during the Event period will take place the day after each Event Day, via random drawing of all qualified entries and the winner will be announced in Sponsor’s Instagram stories and contacted via Instagram DM with instructions for confirmation, verification and claiming prize. Entrants are responsible for monitoring their Instagram account for prize notification and other communications related to this Event. If any potential winner does not respond and return all documentation within 30 days from the date of notification, the potential winner will be disqualified, and a new potential winner will be selected from the remaining entries. If a potential winner has won another prize during the Event period, then a new potential winner will be selected. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the Grand Prize potential winner will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If the Grand Prize potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, then he/she will be disqualified, and any prize won will be deemed forfeited. All claims and entries are sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Event, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Event is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Event, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Event cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Event. In the event of any such termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a winner will be announced from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and to disqualify any entrant (and all of his/her entries) from this Event or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates, if Sponsor determines that he/she has tampered with the entry process, attempted to circumvent the terms of these Official Rules, and/or his/her fraud or misconduct has affected the integrity or fair conduct of this Event. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise. Further, Sponsor is not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in an entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. This Event is void in Puerto Rico and the US territories and possessions, outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Event will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Event must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of New York.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THIS EVENT, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES, AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SPONSOR ENTITIES”), FACEBOOK, INC., INSTAGRAM, INC. AND/OR META PLATFORMS, INC., PARTICIPATING ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. THE SPONSOR ENTITIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY PRIZE. THE SPONSOR ENTITIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THIS EVENT.

PUBLICITY

By participating in this Event, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use each individual’s name, address, likeness, prize information and/or comments for promotional purposes, in any medium, without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law, any such use with respect to a minor subject to prior approval of his/her parent or legal guardian.
